Took this because ZenMastaT asked for a pic of my shotgun. Well... I didn't have any neat props or anything, so I went and put it downstairs next to my basement door. Yeah. Chair, axe, and all. Screwed around with the lighting for a bit until I got this... Kind of has a "zombie" feel to it... but then what doesn't?
Well that is definitely a home defense shotgun. I've heard nothing but good about the recoil reducing capacity of the Knoxx stock but something about an M4 Style collapsible on a shotgun just rubs me the wrong way.
Plus I can't get enough of Hogue products. That said, I'm sure it handles wonderfully.
Maybe it's because I have a really crappy memory, but I wasn't all that thrilled by the Knoxx stock. I'm not particularly recoil sensitive anyway, but... I bought it with two intentions: Pistol grip and potential for overall shorter length when negotiating corners. It gave me a pistol grip, but the overall length was only shortened by like an inch or some equally small number.
I wanted the folding wire-stock, but it looked uncomfortable for the majority of shooting, and it interfered with the obligatory shell carrier.
If I did it over again... I may not get a Knoxx!
